We want you to be happy with your Jiggleon. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, Jiggleon must be returned in its original condition and with all included accessories and components. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
